"Page Title" asks you to enter in that pages title. When thinking about what the pages title should be, think about what best suits the label, what is that page about?

"Link name" asks you to place the pages link name. If you look to the link name of this page it says "Welcome". When creating link names its a good idea to name that link accordingly to the content within that page. For example, if someone was to create a page about "clocks" then that pages link name would probably be named Clocks, or "About Clocks" depending on if that page is about clocks or clocks in general.

"Meta Tags" in this area it asks for keywords. Keywords are generally used for helping a search engine to gather information that is relavent to that page, you could have 100's of pages that contain a variaty of information.
